Huon Valley Blueberry Orchard
Established in 2007 'something from the ground' is situated in the Huon Valley, Tasmania, a valley rich in apple-growing history. Our farm is the first blueberry orchard in the direct area.
Our orchard was established in 2009, with our first small harvest in the 2012/2013 summer. The original dam was enlarged to give us water security and is the life blood of the farm. The dam is fed from the heavy winter rains, which originate from across the stormy Southern Ocean. This gives us pristine water for our blueberries to grow.
The orchard will grow and come into full production over the next 3 years.
